ElPatideBlai, another success story

Village house in Pedreguer sold on the third visit.

We fell in love with her on the first visit, the first client hurt to let her go and decide on a bigger one, the second one thought too much and it escaped him and the third got it!

The Pati de Blai is a rustic style village house,  with an attractive and elegant façade and a great character in its interior architecture.  It is composed of a ground floor with an interior patio and warehouse,  a high floor with interior terrace and another upper floor as an attic.

The location of this house, its façade, its beautiful hydraulic pavements, the traditional interior carpentry with double doors, its high ceilings with wooden beams and a beautiful interior patio next to the warehouse that still preserves the mule trough, are currently one of the most sought after strengths by lovers of village houses when buying to restore without lose part of the essence of the house.

The house needs a comprehensive refurbishment to be inhabited. The upper roof, with wooden beams,  was repaired years ago by removing the reed from the roof and replacing it with ceramic elements (bards). Also on the ground floor, the roof of the warehouse next to the courtyard was repaired, replacing wooden beams with reinforced concrete ones and keeping its roof sloping.

Currently the house does not have drinking water or electricity, you must also connect it to the public sewer network when you do the necessary works.
